When we face the possibility of heading for a second wave of the pandemic and the associated lack of the expected collective immunity, the challenge that lies ahead is the distinction that we will have to make between the Sanitary and Economic impacts of this Corona Virus. It is a reality that has already started affecting businesses and economies worldwide.

With what we have learned regarding the health rules and social distancing, it is now easier for us to realize that these are the only weapons we have to contain the spread of the virus.

With all the care and lessons that we have learned from this pandemic, we will have to return to investments with a sense of responsability. If we fail to do so, we will be plunging into a doward spiral that could result in the loss of not only our businesses, but jobs, and whole economies.
