JOCAVI's GROUTPAINT is an astonishing continuous projectable acoustic dyeable coating product!

Our GROUTPAINT is a water-based acoustic anti-vibration adhesive paint. Different from the conventional damping materials, GROUTPAINT is a low-density product, which has damping performance on the premise of its low weight.

The product is a key choice to reduce air noise and reverberation times, ideal for usage on large surfaces in environments with strict additional weight requirements, such as plasterboard and concrete surfaces

The product effectively reduces the reverberation times, the resonance effects, while increasing the transmissions loss. It'll cause noise reduction rates to be improved because of the way it controls the resonant frequency of the raw base material.

Acoustic properties

Application steps

Dilute with 10% water. Add the additives and any dye option you might want to use.		Use a pressure tank spray machine or an endless screw spray machine system gun.

Apply a thin coat of 800g/m² (3oz/ft²) as a primer to enhance adherence and let dry.		Apply another 2 or 3 coats, reaching a maximum of 15 mm (⅗") thickness.
